Emily tenbarge, RDN

While I grew up with an appreciation for simple, whole ingredients, it wasn’t until I began running competitively in college that I truly experienced the transformative power of food to heal & nourish.

After earning a Bachelor’s in Human Biology, I worked in a critical care unit where I saw firsthand how nutrition can profoundly impact wellness. This led me to pursue a second degree in Human Nutrition to become a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), with a focus on prevention and healing chronic symptoms before they turn into chronic issues.

Since 2019, I’ve been guiding clients to build lasting wellness through practical, sustainable changes that fit their busy lives. Whether interpreting lab work or adjusting daily habits, my approach is simple, gentle & effective.

When I’m not at my desk, you’ll usually find me experimenting with new recipes, playing board games, enjoying a glass of wine, or spending time outdoors.

I’m here to guide you in transforming your food and wellness habits so you can feel your best - today and for life.
